We discuss Ken Holland as GM and Peter Chiarelli during his tenure as GM. This is part 1 of a 2 part Edmonton Oilers episode series, providing a comprehensive snapshot of where they were and are as of today as an organization. We also look at the mental health issues that have resulted in management's decision in some of the other hockey franchises to cut ties with several coaches resulting in them leaving their positions.
